Chef Alaza’ had a deep love for art, though the direction of her creativity wasn’t always clear. Throughout her school years, she was often caught doodling on desks and drifting into daydreams filled with imagination and creative wonder.
Her passion for baking began during her first job as a dishwasher at a local bakery. In the quiet moments of the dish room, she would find herself experimenting with icing bags—playing, creating, and unknowingly discovering the craft that would shape her future.

Alaza’ later graduated from college with a degree in Applied Science of Baking and Pastry Arts, where she deepened her love for the science behind baking and the art of flavor creation.
Her desserts are inspired by the delicate flavors of Korean sweets and the curiosity-driven experiments of chemistry labs—blending creativity, science, and imagination into every creation.
